This was actually from July of last year, and i just got the free time right now, so here goes:

[1] I'm currently accepting commissions again.

[2] I usually sleep around 2am, because that's what having internet in your room does to ya.

[3] I started going back to my workout routine and kung fu training again little by little.

[5] I like who i am right now, i have LOTS of friends, i have an accomodating personality nowadays, i'm more cheerful and positive..but i still have my original cautious pessimist self.

yeah..a lot of things...these things shaped who i am today, and more things will come.i hope this coming year will be beneficial to us all.i also hope i regain the creative fire that boiled within me that was lost in the process...insert fictional game show; "who will be my NEXT BIG dissappointment?"

new year's resolutions? not my thang, but sure, i'll give it a try;
~ be more patient and understanding than i ever have been
~ go back to my martial arts training ie: must be disciplined and physically fit..i miss my 200 situps and 10 handstand push ups
~ must motivate myself, 'cause im getting lazy
~ must rekindle my thirst for knowledge and never stop learning

as i write this,it is now only a few minutes til midnight; before the new year, and before i turn another year older. and my neighbors are firing their effing loud bazookas.argh.i hate bazookas.

it was a friday, and i woke up really late for work and my headache was hell.i took another nap and when i woke up in the late afternoon, my headache subsided(whew!)

so i went to the ust paskuhan 2008 event;

the program started really late, the parade was supposed to be 3pm(or 3:30?) onwards, and the so-called parade was comprised of just the ust cheering peeps followed by the cfad students in costumes.hmm..not much creativity in the concept(my opinion only), and that was the whole parade?just one college?it used to be that all colleges had their own parade themes.another ~contrary to tradition~ thing was, there was no mass held at the start of paskuhan, which is okay by me(dunno for the others).the firework's fuses were TOO SHORT! causing them to detonate in a not-so-safe altitude from the ground; some bits and pieces of glowing embers showered on the audience.nonetheless, the fireworks with images are nice.


the hard thing about this event is that communication is difficult, as there are over a couple thousand(or more) people are in the whole ust campus, majority of which are students and also a large percentage of alumni/outsiders; and everyone's texting and calling at the same time really slows down the network service for the area..

on the lighter side, i was overall happy about this event. i SAW WHO I NEEDED TO SEE, got to hang out with a lot of friends(,,,,,,,,,,etc.), reunited with old friends,etc. although i didnt get to give two of the presents i had prepared, it was an okay night..

we saw our old friends, michelle dela cruz, her hubby mikhail, and their beautiful baby boy, lei(whom has developed a fancy for hahaha! peace!and who, by the way, calls me "tita mike" because he thinks im a girl because of my hair,probably) they gave us food stubs for the free food served there in the food acquisition areas(mcdo and kenny rogers FTW!), ron() and paolo( ) got to stock up(REALLY STOCK UP) on the free food meals there! hahaha kakainggit kayo mehn! on the other hand, i ate 5 meals total in that whole event.

as for the finale, we had a classic dota team up match in one of the pc shops near ust after the event at around 1am.although we lost, i feel that we still won the day.

as im writing this now, it is already 4 in the morning and i havent slept yet because i just ate the kenny rogers meal i brought home from the event XD.baka mabangungot(wonder why they call it "bangungot"which means nightmare). these past 24 hours have been really nice.i remember this day last year, when the great fall happened.im thankful for all the things that i have experenced, despite the outcome..(whoops, enough of that part)
